Response: It is considered by many individuals that skilled people should remain in locations where they improved their talents, in contrast, others argue that they shoud make decision about where they desire for living. I believe that they must choose their favorite place for living. On the one hand, there are some reasons why many individuals oblige professional workers have to mantain in nations they learned crafts, also it is seen as fundamental help for organizations which gave services to improve these skilled people. Firstly, those nations where are donating various scholarships to students, have some expections that students must remain in their areas and return these investments on organizations, even these countries are not developed. Secondly, everyone should play a significant role in developing regions where they grow and received facilities, and people believe it is their responsibilities, Finally, skillful individuals are capable of enhancing other people's welfare situations, for example, engineers can sell their ideas cheaper to that regions they grew to reduce poverty rather than expensive to others. On the other hand, few factors mentioned to support the first opinion that said professional experts have to maintain in their initial place where they received services, but I agree they can select everwhere they prefer to go. For example, they are not forced to waste their lives where they can not grow faster. Moreover, several governments do not pay enough attention to skilled people and the best strategy is migrating to other advanced nations. In conclusion, different opinions are regarding to the future of professional experts, I am convinced that they should make decisions according to their resolutions, if they want they can spend their time on countries they got skilled or other countries where they prefered.

I believe that professionals such as doctors and engineers, should be free to work in another country if they wish, and should not depend on the country of origin. professionals should be allowed to look for better opportunities overseas.

Since fulfilled workers are more likely to reach their full potential, I agree that the educated should have the freedom to choose where they want to work. In conclusion, while requiring skilled professionals to work in the country where they are trained can prevent the loss of talent, I believe it is best to grant them freedom of movement because they are more likely to reach their full potential when they feel fulfilled by their work.

Since people do not choose where they were born, they must be given the opportunity to decide whether they want to stay or leave their country. Moreover, there might be positions that have more benefits, such as higher income, better insurance, so having the right to choose is crucial for everyone. An earthquake engineer might be given a promising job and future in another country, which he looks forward to accepting. By going abroad he is likely to develop and grow impressively. To sum up, I believe that although people have responsibilities toward the country they studied in, without doubt it is not necessarily an obstacle for them in order to follow their dreams in other places.

All people pay taxes, and yet no one can demand one change their residential status based on taxpayers interest. Additionally, in developed countries, almost half of universities' seats are allocated to immigrants who wish to obtain their degrees and go back to serve their own country. Requiring these people to stay can bring about further problems. Secondly, providing housing and other required amenities for these graduates is demanding and can place an undue burden on the governments' shoulders. In conclusion, hiring graduates from local universities, although beneficial if become an obligation, can cause irreparabale ramifications.

To conclude, although national fund are spent on student to be professionals, they should not limited to work in their own society. Their government should allocate situation to encourage them to stay in their country.
