People have differing views with regard to the question, A number of people believe that professionals have to work in the country where they did their training. Others believed that they should be free to work anywhere.
On the one hand, when professionals leave the country where they trained, countries suffer many damages. First, when people leave the country, it faces issues such as economic, cultural, and social problems. In countries where the government provides free education and healthcare, many people think the population should compensate the country with their skills and abilities. Furthermore, it effects the economy and the country
On the other hand, professionals who decide to work abroad are seeking a different lifestyle and career opportunities. Therefore, they should be allowed to work in another country and live without limitations while they can develop their lives. Moreover, cultural exchange has proved that when people go to another country, in other words, when people opt for a place to work, it increases efficiency. Additionally, when professionals leave the country, it leads to a loss of many professional jobs and an increase in unskilled jobs. While, they want to improve working conditions, and opportunities for professional growth, individuals who work abroad can bring valuable experiences back to their home country if they decide to return.
It seems reasonable to conclude that, moving out from the country of training should not be taken lightly. I believe that professionals such as doctors and engineers, should be free to work in another country if they wish, and should not depend on the country of origin. professionals should be allowed to look for better opportunities overseas.
