Response: It is argued that many people who suffer from health problems prefer to try alternative medicines and treatments instead of visiting their doctor. In my view, this is a negative development since it brings several potential problems and most of alternative medicines are not as effective as visiting doctor. Trying alternative medicines and treatments instead of visiting their doctor might bring several detrimental effects. This means that, naive people might not fully aware about the concequences of self-medication. It is because that they might not profound knowledge about the devastating effects of medications. By way of example, during covid-19, many Iranian people tried to use several medical treatments , such as herbal medications, instead of shoting the vaccine, resulting in people facing several side-effects, such as brain diseases. Therefore, By replacing visiting doctor with trying alternative medicines, people might encounter several health issues. Moreover, using alternative medicines might not bring long-term health. It is possible that many people find them very effective since they may see their positive results quickly. However, the positive results might last for a short-term period and after a while, they might struggle with health problems. For example, many people believe that mint can be useful for stomach ache, however mint is not considered as a main medication for stomach ache since its positive effects can maintain for a short-time period. As a result, people might not cure themselves by trying alternative medicines. In conclusion, I do not support the idea since replacing visiting doctor with alternative medicines and treatments not only increases the risk of facing side-effects, but also alternative medicines might not cure poeple for a long period.

Response: In recent decades, most people have become interested in home remedies to cure their health issues instead of visiting their doctors. While this situation can beneficial to save money and time, in my view, the detrimental effects, such as the spread of virus, have brought more significant consequences. On the one hand, the trend of curing health issues at home has become common among individuals. This can be considered a negative situation due to several reasons. Firstly, people have to understand that doctors and related professionals have studied their subjects for more than six years, therefore they have an essential knowledge to dignose and use the best treatment for them, and also they are aware of the advancements in medicins. Therefor, visiting doctors always is a best solution to cure the health- related problems. In addition, patients often, in their homes, take their old medicines, which it might be expired, or home remedies, such as drinking lemon with honey and hot water, as their main treatments. In fact, these mentioned alternative treatments can be effective alongside the doctor’s prescription. As a result, if their illness cannot be cured, more people will get the virus from them. On the other hand, others argue that, by using the remedies at home, there are more advantages for us. The most important one is saving a reasonable amount of money. They beleive that doctors always instruct us to take extra tests or medicines, leading to spending a lot of money that we can use it in a better way. For example, instead of spending money on non-essential tests, people can buy useful products for their children. At the same time, most parents believe that they can save their valuable time to be more productive in their lives. For instance, if they do not waste their time in waiting rooms, they can spend time with their children. In conclusion, in the modern world, more people have been encouraged to use home remedies and traditional treatments at their homes and refuse to visit their doctors. Although this situation carries certain advantages, like people saving their time to do their favourite tasks, I assert that it represents a negative development due to its potential drawbacks, including diseases becoming widespread among others.

Response: In the 21st century, with the advent of social media and TV programs, people are more educated than they were in the last decades, particularly in the field of healthcare. This knowledge leads them to adopt self-healing practices or rely on traditional methods rather than visiting their family doctor or general practitioner. This trend has both advantages and disadvantages. I believe that in some cases it may be useful, or vice versa, it may be detrimental to individual's health in case of indiscriminate use of drugs. On one hand, regarding advantages, it is often said by scientists that chemical drugs, regardless of dosage, are beyond the body needs. This means that our natural body environment is capable of healing itself after having enough time to rest and consuming nutritious meals. It is convincing when it comes to common diseases, such as flu and cold. In this case, after experiencing symptoms, including running nose, headache, fever, and things on those lines, traditional remedies are convenient alternative for chemical drugs prescribed by doctors, or even in more serious cases, acupuncture is highly recommended by traditional practitioners. Therefore, not only would this alternative approach contribute to saving money, but it would also avoid the need to visit a family doctor. Additionally, it can enhance the level of our immune system, because daily news reports repeatedly highlighted that many people have become poisoned as a result of excessive usage of expired drugs offered in illegal market, whether it is prescribed by doctors or not. On the flip side, medical experts have spent an inordinate number of years studying the body environment of human in order to detect and find solutions for different ailments relating to living organs. Hence, according to their research, indicating that minor symptoms should be considered as important as major ones since they can have negative outcomes. Consequently, it is advisable to keep your health in check regularly with your doctor and visit your general practitoner on a regular basis, in order to recognise malfunctioning of internal organs at an early stage of development for further medical treatment. In this context, alternative medicine is undoubtedly not advisable. In conclusion, as discussed above, despite the fact that citizens have become more alert and aware of their natural body behaviour, thanks to media; there are numerous things that they are still not aware of and are unclean to them, including medical-related subjects. Although some people have found that they can address common diseases with alternative medicines, like herbal and traditional methods, visiting their usual doctor is still important because there may be underlying conditions that can threaten their lives.

Personally, I believe it can be considered as negative development because it present several drawback like the potential of life-threatening drugs, ineffectiveness remedies. Using alternative medicine can present several drawbacks. this can be life-threatening. Individuals who work in alternative medicine sectors of are not taught formal and scientific education. They prescribe medicine that are not experimented in the labs and are also unauthentic. These prescriptions and drugs can be poisons, which non only cannot treat the patients but also worse the diseases. For example, many patients suffer from side effects of alterative drugs that make their disease more complex and untreatable. Additionally, man patients lose the suitable and gold time for curing their disease by wasting their time in alternative drugs. Serious diseases often, like cancer ,have time limitation . if people who suffered from serious disease do no follow their treatment in suitable time, they may lose the chance for treatment for ever, which not only leads to death but also can several negative mental health problem for their relatives. Response: In today world, unfortunately, an increasing wrong trend of using medicines without consultation with doctors, or trying unsafe methods can be seen. I firmly believe this is a negative approcah as it can lead to various negative impacts, both individually and socially. To commence with, there might be several personal consequences which are not negligible by no means. For instance, there is a term called drug resistance, resulting from using antibiotics without having enough expertise. When an individual’s body faces this problem, it is extremely difficult to treat the illness as microorganisms are stronger. As a result, these persons have to spend more money and time to cure a problem which could have been treated much easily if they had undergone treatment with the supervision of their doctors. On the other hand, many social problems can be emerged as a result of this trend. After a while this approach can be more conventional among different age cohorts. One of the potential results would be side effects of using drugs, leading to some major problems like seizure or CVA. Treating these medical problems is not an easy task, requiring a notable amount of money, knowledge, time and medical facilities. Providing all of these required factors put a huge stretch on health care system. In addition, this negative consequences even could be worse when it comes to talking about pregnant mothers as some medicines can lead to deliver of children with abnormalities. To sum up, using drugs and hazardous methods instead of visiting and consulting with an expert doctor is a negative trend, and could lead to some irreparable health issues.

Response: In the contemporary era, the phenomenon of health has witnessed an unprecedented surge, reflecting a significant shift in people habits. A debate has emerged among individuals about whether using new medicines and treatments can be effective or not rather than going to doctor. I argue that the adverse repercussions of alternative curative methods, particularly in terms of health problems and dangerous risks, far outweigh the benefits, making it a largely harmful breakthrough. On the one hand, many proponents claim that these methods are much affordable than its traditional ones, resulting in saving a vast amount of money for other essential needs of life. Moreover, it is argued that they can meet the results faster as opposed the time they go to the physicians. On the other hand, numerous opponents contend that using medicines and treatments without the opinion of experts leads to dire consequences, affecting not only physical health but also mental health of consumers. They believe that if citizens are able to treat one problems, as a result of trying this approach, they will be faced with other hardships, which is why they warn individuals to do not use options like this. A poignant example of this can be found in a survey conducted in Japan, which revealed that cardiovascular disease and renal failure problems on those people that decided to try new solutions rather than opt for visiting doctors. In conclusion, although utilizing alternative medicines and treatments is thought by some to be one of the most effectives means of to solve well-being difficulties, a large number of researchers declare that it is an overly simplistic resolution. They concern that this way of facing health issues may lead to other health problems while the initial hurdle is exist. I firmly believe that the multitude of drawbacks derived from this approach that make it detrimental instead of beneficial.

Response: There is an ongoing debate about whether it is better to take care of ourselves when we are sick and use from housemade treatments, or we have to see doctors and ask for their counsoalts. In today's digital era, everybody has an easy access to sheer number of information through internet and social platforms . Besides that, people awarenesses have been increased over the passed decades. The more people recieve higher education degrees, the more knowledgable they are about different categories including medical treatments and medicines. Moreover, people learn from their expriances, for instance, every individual gets cold several times a year, and based on the previous expriences, they are aware that medical doctors usually offer the same medicines for some sort of colds, so they prefer to use their own treatments. Opposed that, other believe that, firstly, alternative medicines and treatments are not an intellectual way to treat ourselfs. They refer to developing countries which because of uncontroled usage of antibiotics, the resistance against antibiotic has been increased in their bodies and it is a terrible implication of their wrong behaviours. Secondly, alternative medicines may be effective in some cases, but they could have medical interferences with other kinds of drug, and consequently, it could lead to undeniable hurts. From my perspective, every person is responsible for the health of the community which is consisted of us, and the way we act has a direct and indirect impacts on the further generations. We have to visit doctors whenever it is needed and use doctors' updated knowledge to recieve the best medication.

Response: These days, the majority of people with healthy issues prefer to use alternative medicines and treatments rather than meeting their usual doctors. I firmly believe that it will have detrimental effects on peoples’ health and it is not a positive development due to several reasons that I will mention in this essay. To begin with, one reason why using alternative treatments instead of visiting doctors a negative development is that it will have detriment effects on people’s health. When people are struggling with health issues, they will require to be examined, and doctors diagnose their main problems. If they try alternative medicines, they will be more likely to pose a difficulty in doctor’s diagnosis. For example, people struggling with high blood pressure, a dangerous disease, for example; if they not been treated by doctors can lead to serious problems such as stroke, heart disease as some alternative medicines may not be experimented by scientist and have serious side effects for people who suffer from high blood pressures. Moreover, another reason that if illnesses try to use alternative medicines instead of meeting their doctors is not a positive development is that it can undermine medical professionals. When illnesses use unknown medicines, they may get good results in some situations without knowing about their side effects, leading to destroying trust among people and doctors as they think their health issues get over completely. Take some herbal medicines such as ginger which are useful for health issues sometimes, for example; it can give people a sense of healing temporary, making people think their problem have been ameliorate and it is not essential to meet doctor. In conclusion, I firmly believe that using alternative medicines and treatments can be a negative development due to its potential to pose a threaten on people’s health as an abundant of them have not been experimented and it can adversely affect medical professionals and people may not trust in doctors easily.

Response: It is often said that these days, it is becoming more common for many sick people to use alternative medicines and treatments rather than visiting their doctor. I believe this is a negative trend because these treatments could jeopardize people's health and prolong the time of treatment. To begin with, alternative medicines and treatments can be dangerous and unpractical. Some alternative medicines are usually associated with harmful side effects that can damage people's health. For example, some people who suffer from heart disease use herbal teas instead of professional drugs, this can not only make them feel much worse but also can create other health issues. Moreover, alternative medicines can make the treatment time longer. Even if these kinds of drugs are effective, visiting doctors and getting proper drugs can treat patients sooner. Therefore, ordinary people cannot diagnose health problems and transcribe medicines. However, some may argue that alternative medicines are usually more affordable than visiting doctors. Professional doctors are usually charged large amounts of money and the insurance systems of many countries do not support the cost of visiting doctors. As a result, some poor people may not afford these expenses and have to try alternative medicines and treatments. Nevertheless, although the cost of visiting doctors is expensive, there are some public hospitals in almost all countries where patients can use various facilities without paying money. In conclusion, In my opinion, this phenomenon is a negative one, because alternative medicines are dangerous and make the treatment time longer.
