Response: Some people believe that when some professionals, such as doctors and engineers complete their studies should work where they had been trained, while others believe that they should be free to make a decision about their future. Despite the former opinion, I think that freedom is important, and professionals should have the right to choose where they want to work or live. On the one hand, some people believe that as governments allocate an array of budgets and facilities for studying such professionals, it is reasonable to expect them stay and serve for the training country. Particularly if they study at their own country, they will be responsible for development of their country. In other words, when professionals do not immigrate to abroad, the government would not be required to take new labour forces, leading to improvement in the economy, as foreign workers may require new trainings. For example, in many developing countries, there is a shortage of healthcare professionals. Requiring doctors to stay because not only can they alleviate this issue but they also can help governments not fund for training of new employees. On the other hand, some individuals think that people should be free to decide about their future because they have tried to achieve their goals, and it is the result of their perseverance and determinations. So they should have the right to choose where they wish to live. Allowing professionals to go to other countries, can lead to personal growth because they will face with more job opportunities, experience new skills, making them to be a great expertise which can be useful for all of the world. Take Prof Samii, one of the most renowned neurosurgeons in the world, for example; although he graduated from Iran, he went to Germany for receiving more training and finally became prof Samii. In conclusion, while serving for training country or own country can be good and give a sense of satisfaction, l firmly believe that as some countries might be poor and may not able to support professionals to receive higher positions, so it is acceptable to immigrate to other nations as they may pursue their aims, leading them to personal growth.

Response: In the contemporary era, the phenomenon of migration of professionals has witnessed an unprecedented surge. There are varying views on that professionals should not be free to work wherever they want, and many believe they should be in the service of the location that train them. I argue that the negative consequences of forcing professionals to stay in the country where they have studied, particularly in terms of personal choices and social impacts, far outweigh benefits, making it a detrimental approach. On the one hand, many proponents of mandatory work place claim that a vast amount of money should be spent until professionals become expert, and this money often provide by individuals tax. Therefore, professionals have a huge responsibility to work for people that make them unable to study. Furthermore, they assert that professionals usually opt for developed countries provided that they have right to choose the country owing to better work condition. As a result, poor countries that prepare experts cannot use the knowledge of them, and they cannot progress. On the other hand, numerous proponents contend that imposing such requirements infringes on the professionals' autonomy to make independent choices. They advocate instead for an approach that presents both sides of the debate, empowering professionals to make a informed and voluntary decisions rather than obligating them to choose one side. A poignant example can be found in a survey conducted in Iran, which revealed that obligating experts who studied a lot and have a strong credentials to stay in country is an overly simplistic approach that can be effective. Moreover, a growing number of research has shown, as professionals not be free to choose freely, they cannot work properly, resulting in decreasing useful hours of work. In conclusion, while many declare that professionals such as doctors and engineers, should be work in the country where they learn to be expert, many opine they should be free to make decision where they want to work. I firmly believe that they should be free to choose.

Response: There is an ongoing debate about whether professionals should stay in the place where they have learned their qualifications, or they should be free to change their locations and choose anywhere they prefer to work. Some people have always been passionate about helping their peers and they believe that everybody has to serve people from their homtown and their country. Governments provide facilities to invest on different majors, and people who have the opportunity to increase their skills, should make it up in the future by using their abillities in order to support country. For instance, when studentst study medicine at the university, they participate in the classes to increase their knowledge, Moreover, there are free accesses to laboaotories and equipments which help them to foster their talents. The point is that lots of these thins are provided by taxes, and ordinary people pay these taxe. So when they graduate as medical doctors, they owe to the society to support them with health and care services On the other hand, others mention that human is created free and they have the authority to do whatever they want and to live whenever they like. They say that is not fair to obligate them to live in a certain place jut because they have been trained there. For example, consider a baby which was born in remote place in the world, he tried hard to make progresses in his career, now he is able to travel to the developed countries and enjoy his achivements in new location. It is something that should not be judged. From my perspective, every individual is responsible for their lives. There must not be any obligation about these kind of decisions. it is crucial to respect each idea and give the autorithy to everyone to determine their routes in life.

Response: In the modern world wshere the professionals work has becom widely issues. There are various perspective on ir necessity and effectiveness of working professionals in the county they have educations appose to working in different country. Some people believe that it is essencial for special indivisual to staying in own nation,While other believe it may not be great approach. Nevertheless,I firmly believe that whereever they want to live and work is more beneficial. There are several resons why some people argue that professionals should be purpuse the career in the country that they schooling. Fisrt and foremost, due to migrate these people the area confort to shortage of professionals and societies could not meet the needs of people. For example delevoped country may progress more and undeveloped country needs more to productive specialist that they leave the country. Additionally, Neglecting the importance of contibute these people resulted in public people no longer passionate about proceed the educationals. On the other hand,I support the view that professionals can chose whenever they want, because not only they ettempt to achive success but also as a person they could desition to work or live for themselves. Furthermore, addresing these issues need to government tackle their problem and provide the great situation that their choice would be saty and work for people in the country they have education. Seldom government investing on proffecional persons, should policymakers meet the needs of indivisuals, they would cater for own peoples' societies. In conclusion, Although both views have merits, I argue that There is no mandatory to profesionals to work in where they training.

Response: While some people are advocate of working experts and professionals in the country that they were educated, others hold an opposite point of view and believe these experts should be free to work anywhere they prefer. In my opinion these talented individuals should stay in their own country. This essay will discuss both perspectives and provide a conclusion. On the one hand, forcing professionals to work in their own country is in contrast of human rights and freedom. There is no doubt that everyone has right to choose where to work. These experts have been educated for several years and after some difficult years they may prefer to work anywhere else except their on country. I think their decision should be accepted by authorities and, provide proper facilities to encourage them to stay and work in their mother-land. In this way, not only the acknowledgment of authorities will be shown but also experts' freedom would be preserved. On the other hand, professionals should consider some factors in this term. Firstly, their country may probably subsidise them in many ways and now it is their turn to compensate in different ways. For instance, physician can attempt to help people in developing parts of country by curing poor individuals. Secondly, they should remember that by moving to foreign countries, their on country may face economic instability and other financial problems due to absence of productive workforce and, foreign labour force might seem essential in this case. In conclusion, I think if experts leave their own country , the country may face different problems. So, it would better to stay and work in their mother land.

Response: There is an opposing view on whether the people who have studied certain fields, including medicine and engineering, should occupy in the country where they have trained or they should be free to work where ever they desire. This essay will examine both perspectives, and explain why I strongly agree with the latter viewpoint. To begin with, a number of people argue that authorities should ask specialists such as doctors and engineers to stay in the nation they have persued their educations, as they think not only a large number of facilities, but also a huge amount of budget have been dedicated to them. As a result, these professionals have to stay and serve the residents of that country. Furthermore, it is believed that the contents and lessons which are tought in other regions, will not be practical in their own country. For example, several countries ,namely the USA and Canada, do not accept educational contents of other nations, since those trainings are not up-to-date and there are some differences in the curriculum of various educatianal systems. On the other hand, a vast majority of individuals believe that people should not be limited to work in specific areas. Although countries usually provide the high quality education for qualified people, students often pay for that. In addition, sometimes, these educated people find that country an inappropriate area to make a living. Therefor, they might prefer to go overseas in order to find better opportunities. For instance, many peopel in Iran tend to migrate to other countries to achieve both job perks and parity in payment. In conclusion, while many think specialists have to stay in the place of their univesities, becuase the goverment offerd some facilities to them, others, mine included, believe it is not fair, because the professionals have the right to choose their own occupational paths.

Response: Some people argue that professionals should be work in the countries where they have been trained, while others group believe that they should be free to move to any destination they want. This essay will examine both these views. Professionals such as doctors and engineers have to train long years, that is required to use of educational facilities and human resources of a country. Consequently, providing these facilities are government's responsibility. Governments consider plenty of resources to provide some conditions to study with assumption of have a professional labor sources in the future. For instance, doctors have to take long theory and practical courses to become a doctor. In this case they use of hospitals and their medical equipment which belong to government. Current professionals will be retired and new professionals who have been trained will replace with them. On the other hand, some people argue that professionals should be free to choose which country they want to work and live. Professional life in one aspect of life and should not effect on whole life. They can immigrate, according to their preferences or their goals. Because some country do not prepare sufficient situations for these professionals after graduating to encourage them to stay where they had been trained. These encouragements can be like reduction taxes for them or giving some benefits like simplify some labor lows for them to run their business. In conclusion, although the process of become professional has a huge expenditures for governments, I firmly believe these people should be free to work in another country if they wish. Encouraging them to stay with consider some benefits will be useful, but I disagree with any force for them.

Response: These days it seems that more educated people are migrating to other countries than ever before. This raise certain question about the whther they should be free to work in another country or not. Although there are valid arguments to the contrary, in this essay i will argue that it must be their own decision to choose their desire country to work. The reasons for this are twofold. Some people believe that because government are spend lots of money to train the professionals, they must be stay in their home country to pay those money back. Meanwhile in my opinion it is the government responsibility to allocate a budget for training their people and they should not expecting people to pay these moeny back with working. Firstly it is vitally important that expertes such as doctors, engineers and scientists are try hard in their lifetime to become knowledgeable in different scientific areas and they have this righ to choose wherever they wish to work. A particularly fasinating example of this is people who lived in third world countries and they study hard in order to immigrate to an affluent country in the future and experience a better quality of life for themselves and their families. secondly, I would contend that, migration of professionals in different parts of the world brings a sense of balance. If all of the expertes would live in the same country, what happend to other countries where have not enough professionals? In conclusion, i once again restate my view that all of the educated people must have this opportunity to work in another country.

Response: Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they received their training. Others, however, think they should have the freedom to work wherever they wish. Both views have their merits, and this essay will discuss them before presenting my own opinion. On the one hand, requiring professionals to work in their home country can prevent critical shortages of skilled workers. For example, in many developing countries, there is already a lack of doctors and engineers, and allowing these experts to migrate abroad could worsen the situation. Furthermore, governments often invest heavily in training these individuals, providing them with subsidies or free education. Therefore, it is reasonable to expect them to contribute to the development of their home country. Some may even consider it unfair or unethical for professionals to use the resources of one country and then work elsewhere, as this can be seen as a betrayal of national trust. On the other hand, individuals have the right to choose where they work. In today’s globalized world, opportunities are not limited by borders, and professionals often move to other countries to seek better salaries, working conditions, or career advancement. Forcing them to stay could demotivate them or even lead to a loss of talent. Instead of imposing restrictions, governments should focus on creating attractive environments for skilled workers. For instance, countries like Canada and the UK provide substantial funding and support to professionals, ensuring they can work without financial or administrative worries. In my opinion, while it is important to address the issue of "brain drain," restricting professionals from emigrating is neither ethical nor practical. Governments should focus on retaining talent by improving infrastructure, offering competitive salaries, and ensuring job satisfaction. Ultimately, professionals will be more likely to stay in their home country if they feel supported and valued. In conclusion, although requiring professionals to remain in their home country may solve immediate challenges, respecting their freedom to choose is essential. By addressing the root causes of migration, countries can encourage skilled individuals to stay and contribute to national progress.

Response: Discussing about professionals, who educating in their country has two different sides. Some people believe that, experts have to be required to help indiviuals in their country, whilest, others think that restricting experts is falls approach. On one hand, due to the lack of professionals immigration of them, can make problems for countries. So, some people believe that, they should stay and work for their countries to prevent these issues. Moreover, providing educating facilities for them has significant cost for countries. Governments make investment in their experts to work for their country and help to develop that. So if they learn essential skill in their own country and working with that in another country may be considered as betrayal by individuals. On the other hand, everyone is free to choose their way. Therefore, no one do not have to decide for other to what they have to do. With the word being globalize, people are faced by numerous opportunities. So, assuming that restricting experts from immigration is true approach, may lead to take inappropriate measures. Insted of that, authorities should provide sutiable infrastructure for professionals to help them work without no worry about side issues. For example , in modern countries such as Canada or UK, many funding are allocated to professionals, which means that, they dont have any worry about money problems. In my opinion, judging expert for immirating from one country, when they do not have any support from authorities is an unfair judgement; despite that, government should try to convince them to stay and work in their own country by providing facilities for them. In conclusion, thought immigrating experts may produce long term issues for country, we have to respect for everyone's freedom. professional can work in another country and we can just try to providing appropriate situation for them to stay.
