Secondly, they can also exploit the psychological effects of the new products and use it for raising their sales. They are completely aware of the fact that their designed item might have a hanful new features, but they use this fact and encourage people to buy them. For instance, new vesion of iphone is only bear an other camera lense, which made it a little more high-tech than its previous one. However, this feature has made it very popular and drawn sheer interests twards it especially on social media.
With regard to its overall effects, I believe it has both positive and negative implications. In many cases people are truely desperate for a product in order to overcome their new challenges.
