Response: In many countries, people prefer to buy a house instead of renting an accommodation. In my opinion, in these countries, houses are very important property, and also, they are a symbol of wealth. I am also convinced that owning a house has many positive effects on the household expenditures. It is my view that, in the majority of countries that have a high rate of inflation, people are more likely to invest in accommodation sections. For example, the rate of inflation in Iran is 45%, and people benefit from their investment in houses. Meanwhile, in the other countries where their governments can control the inflation, investors have a negative attitude toward investment in the houses. Also, governments should offer better investment opportunities than accommodation. I further believe that having a house is highly beneficial for family. There are many benefits which need to be taken into consideration; firstly, parents who owned a home will not worry about their children's future; secondly, they can save more money compared with families that they compel to pay money for rent. so they can provide their family with a wide range of amenities. Thirdly, one of the most negative of renting houses is that people usually find it difficult to move to another house because they have to pack their stuff and can cause irreparable damage to something. In conclusion, in many countries, having a house plays a vital role in families' expenditure stability, so a sizeable number of people are willing to buy a house. From my perspective, owning a house has some advantages in the long run. For instance, parents ensure that their children will not face a problem about accommodation.

Response: It is crucial for some people possessing your own home instead of renting. This essay reveals the mian reasons behind this phenomenon such as a way of investment and avoiding regualr relocation. I believe that the this is a positive trend. One key reason for the importance of owning home is that individuals can consider as an investment. For instance, if a person purchase by its budget a flat or apartment, this falt become not only a place for living but also a saving for its future. Therefor, the value of their house do not change over time. This is becasue almost always the price of housing has fluctuation during time. Additionally, the are not compell to relocate from time to time, in other words they can benefit from a secure accomidation. The reason why i think it is a positive situation is that they are not worry about scllating of properties. This is becuase the housing cost gradually increase, specially in some countries that the value of their money is directly depends on the global curency. Consequently, they have a stable accomidation for living. As a result, they are less likely to suffer from stress, which may lose their house in the lung run. Furthermore, when people buy property and overally have their own possesions, they become landowner. So, they can rent their properties to others, and it became a additional income. As a consequence, they can afford they cost of living more effortlessly. In conclusion, investing in property and avoiding of the challenges of relocating are the main reasons for this trend. In my view, having your own home is more substancial rather than renting a house because of having a stable accommodatin and useing as an way of earnign money.

Response: it is believed that the most crucial environmental problem in today's world is the extinction of important species. others believe there much more important obstacles to tend to. the second group are emphasizing on general treats to the planet. in contrast, the first group believe that preserving each specie is a small gesture with great benefits. although both points of views seem eligible, my opinion align more with seconds view. on the one hand, it is believed that our planet is suffering from major issues that require immediate actions and lives of individual creatures might be unimportant compare to them. human destructive behavior damaged environment noticeably and it will bring us to a point that makes us unable to repair it. for instance, cutting down trees of tropical jungles in a large scale and significant increase in carbon dioxide emissions had resulted in global warming and climate changes. on the other hand, some people think that to preserve nature small steps should be taken and saving a few particular endangered animal or planet is a much easier and more intellectual move. there are some key creatures in any habitat that losing them will hurt its foundation. all species are living in food chains and loss of a low member will disturb others. moreover, some animals and plants are providing a suitable atmosphere to live in by their actions and have domino effects on others' lives. for example, one of them are beavers that by making dams on rivers, slow the water flew and let other animal drink the water much easier and make their nests and homes around the water. in conclusion, necessary measures must be taken in matter of large global problems and it isn't wise to just attend to save pre-extinction species. however, I believe some animals are extremely important and should considered as key members of the planet. therefore, we shouldn't lose focus on them to just look at the big picture.

The Impact of Sugar Tax on Consumption

Response: In today's world, overconsumption of sugary food and beverages is causing multiple health issues all over the world. While some feel that making these products more costly should be considered to reduce people's consumption, I completely disagree with this suggestion due to three main areas. Firstly, offering products in a higher price can lead to inflation. The more expensive products are on the market, the more people's purchasing power would decrease, leading to financial recession in societies. As a result, inflation might be worsened, inflicting damage to all residents' lives in terms of their ability to meet basic needs. Quality of life is another area of concern. If sugary products were offered in higher prices, individuals may feel deprived, leading to a lower level of satisfaction. Even worse, they may search for some harmful alternatives offered in more reasonable costs, threatening their physical well-being. Consequantly, people's quality of life may be affected in a negative way by more expensive products available. The final area that making sugary foods can have a negative impact on is companies. To elaborate, factories should spend too much money on replacing their current machines with more advanced ones, enabling them to monitor the amount of sugar used in their products. When these products offered in unaffordable prices, customers are no longer able to buy them, leading to less profit for producers. So, there would not be a reliable income for companies, taking them to bankrupt. To sum up, as costly products can have negative influence on finance, quality of life, and companies, it is no longer a good solution to reduce people's consumption of sugary products.

Response: Some individuals tell children that they can do anything if they put enought effort on that, i believe sending such messages may be risky because they can make younger ones both motivated and dillusional about their goals. On one hand, all human kind needs motivation and sometimes stimulation to achieve their essential preposes in their life and children are not excepted. Some experiments on different groups of people show that giving positive comments on ones efforts may boost their mood and energy to finish that job. Additionaly some experts say emphisising "hard work" instead of intelligence is more effective in encouraging children to improve their operation. So it it good to focus on the hard work and trying ones best. On the other hand, giving too much hope and illustrating unrealistic results can cause dissapointment and hopplessness for children. In many common situations trying hard may also results failure due to several factors and varies circumstance like abilities or tallents. If we keep sending a message in which hard work always brings victory, as this is not a realistic expectation, after some unpleasant results children may face disapointment, anger and losing appetite for trying again. so this approach can be toxic according to difference of skills. In conclusion, i believe telling children that hard work always pays off may give them enough motivation to start and finish a task but it can also make them face so much disapointment and rage after every failure and give away their passion for start the process all over agan.

Response: In some notions, individuals prefer to buy a property instead of renting it. This tendency can be due to inflation and aging population, and although some feel that this trend is a negative alteration, I firmly believe that it is a positive trend. There are some fundamental reasons why people in some particular countries have a tendency to own a home rather than being a renter. The first reason is an increasing inflation, leading to decreasing purchasing power among population. The more financial crisis exist in communities, the more people may experience difficulties in affording their basic needs and demands. As a result, people prefer to buy a home, enabling them to be more financially secure in the future. Another reason is aging population, finding moving from one house to another one too challenging. The old are usually interested in living in one home for a long run, giving them the opportunity to avoid transferring their heavy possessions on a regular basis. Consequently, some countries with an aging population have more demands for buying accommodations apart from renting them. I would argue that purchasing a home is a positive situation as provides individuals with the chance to have more satisfaction, leading to better quality of life. As people no longer are obligated to move regularly, they would experince more tranquility, resulting in having more time to allocate to their leisure activities and being far happier. What is more, people would be able to save more money when they are not under an obligation to rent a house. Since renters should spend some of their income on renting a home, owning a property allows them to save these expenditures in order to tackle any probable financial issues. To sum up, inhabitants in some countries are keen to be a home owner rather than renting one to secure their financial lives and avoid constant moving. I strongly believe that this trend is beneficial because of boosting individual's quality of life and saving money.

Response: Diverse perspectives regarding advertising are prevalent among individuals. While some argue that advertisments are significantly successful to persuade us for purchasing various products, others think that they have become very prevalent, that people do not attention any more. Personally, I believe that they are still persuasisve for people. This essay will initially examines both facets of the argument and then culminate and judicious conclusion. On the one hand, some support the idea that advertising are highly successful to covineing individuals to buy pruducts. The reason for this is companies and businesses use innovative and creative strategies to drawing attention of their target audience. For instance, they use celebrity endorsement for promoting and introducing their products to customers. Consequently, customers can trust more to the brand, and find them reliable. Similarly, they use some methods such as time-limited offer. In this way they creating a sense of urgency and rush, which presuade people to buy goods that really do not need. On the other hand, some think that nowadays advertisments do not succeed no longer due to commonly. They say that advertising become extremely typical which usually considrate annoying. Some websites and applications constantly display advertisments when people watching an impostant educational course or readig an important article, for instance. Additionally, The widspread of advertising, can creat a sense of confusion. When someone have numerous options form various brands, they become unable to select one of them. Therefore, this ubiquility can lead to people prefer to buy their products baised on past experiences or word of mouth, which customers have limited choise. As a result, they do not confused with a wide range of brands. In conclusion, although advertisments may become annoying and creat confusion, I firmly believe that they are highly practical to tempting customer to buy them due to creativity and using innovative strategies.

Response: Several pre-prepared food and beverage products contain too much sugar, which can lead to numerous health problems. Sugary products should experience a rise in their price to promote less sugar consumption by people. I totally agree with the statement and believe that this idea can be really helpful. A balanced diet needs to remain our body in good situation while many manufactured food and drink made of high amount of sugar. These kinds of food can result in many health problems such as diabetes and heart disease. As pre-prepared food is very cheap and easy to prepare most people prefer to buy them because they have tight schedule and have not enough time to make healthy food for themselves. However, if the price of fast-food increase, people will buy less amount of them. As many people purchase manufactured products due to their lower price by make their price higher several individuals avoid to purchase. Furthermore, governments play a significant role in this subject. They are able to rose the price and impose higher taxes on fast-food and conversely, make healthy food cheaper to encourage people to have a healthy diet. If people do not change their eating habit and continue to eat manufactured product, they can face several health problems and most of them need serious treatments. For example, if people get diabetes, they have to use specific medicine which are usually expensive and make their life harder. Instead of getting into trouble and be sick, we can invest this money on buying healthy food and change our habit. Some people insist that they love sugary food and need to be free to choose what they want to eat but I firmly defend my opinion and think that people should be made to change their diet even through compulsion or rising the price. In conclusion, as manufactured food contains high amount of sugar, sugary products should be witnessed an increase in their price to act as a motivation factor (or maybe compulsion factor) and people change their eating habit.

Response: Some people believe that music can cause adults and youngsters become familiar with different cultures. In my opinion, music can convey a lot of cultural information without any words and just through their sounds. It is my view that music is a symbol of countries' cultures. You do not need to understand their objects to enjoy their music. Music provides a unique learning experience about our history, and other people can be influenced by our music. Moreover, there are several international music festivals, and a sizeable number of people attend and enjoy the music of other countries. Also, in the large countries such as Iran, there are many different ethnicities, and music has a positive effect on their relationships. In contrast, some people claim that foreign music is a threat to their culture and language in the long run. They firmly insist that this music can cause youngsters forget their cultural musical instruments and turn to new instruments. I do not find this argument convincing as when people turn to other music, classical musicians try to create more interesting music, and developing the industry leads to growth in the number of fans. Also, since artists from different countries become familiar with each other, they can boost the quality of their works of art. In conclusion, I completely agree that music plays a vital role in cultural communication because when people listen to music, they obtain good feelings about other countries. For example, when I hear one traditional instrument sound in Arabian music, I smile and feel happy to listen to a familiar voice.

Response: In the present climate, advertising plays a significant role in modern businesses. While some individuals argue that advertisements can capture attention to buy products, others including myself, hold the view that we should not pay attention to them, especially on social platforms. Regarding the first viewpoint, it is claimed that ads are undeniably effective in influencing consumers. They posit that creative ads can offer more opportunities to inform and choose from them. For instance, some well-known companies such as Apple and Samsung invest heavily in creating ads in order to show their new up-to-date devices and persuade them to purchase from those. If algorithms track user performances and deliver personalized ads, they cannot ignore them and make a sense of urgency, leading to impulse buying. Opponents of advertising argue that modern consumers are bombarded with ads everywhere from social media to billboards, as a result of this, oversaturation not only loses its effects but also gives a sense of desensitization which is commonly known as ad fatigue. Moreover, children are vulnerable to some ads which harm their future, consequently, they prefer to use ads-blocking tools to ignore and skip them particularly online. It seems logical to accept that providing ads can assist individuals in making better buying decisions, also repetitive advertisements ensure brand recall which means customers are more likely to choose familiar products over known alternatives. However, oversaturation of ads will diminish their effects, it is suggested that discovering and asking from others can be more effective compared to ads. Therefore, ignoring some of them is more practical, especially on social platforms. In conclusion, whereas advertising has become ubiquitous these days, some put forth its effectiveness depending on how relevant and creative it is and helps them to have affordable and valuable purchasing, while others believe that this is a marketing strategy to attract consumers and we do not give our attention to them. However, making a strict balance could be useful.
