Response: In current life, everything has changes and because of technology, the individual’s tendensy to paper book and newspaper have converted to online and people prefer to gain information and new without any paying and there is no need for printing and paying. In my opinion, this type if being and getting data without money is not true and in this essay i will argue about my agree and disagreement. From the first paper newspaper until now, almost everything have changed and there is not anything like past and we can say human's life divided to before Internet and social media and past. At the begining years of the newspapers and radio's birth, anybody were not able to imagine that one day online newspaper separated across the word and with gust some click , you can obtain approximately all information about anything . Although Internet and other online broadcast have changed anything, this type of media needs to continue and without paying month these bureau cannot able to survive. For example Google Company with milion staff have lots financial problems, management costs, and introduse program and developer and something else that whit out selling information it is not able to pay any. On the other hand without any money, paying money will help news broadcast to increase and update information and without money impulse most journalist prefer to do not work strongly and these lead to reducing of news validity. Mariginally I should say today in new world that gaining news and information is not because of books and information and advertisement have had created a new life and world, there are still people who prefer reading paper specially books and want and ready to pay money for this type of media. However , i said disadvantages about free reading i can say that most these kind of being free is helped to rise readers number and advertisement and selling workshops and something like these during free news and book have attracted milion readers around the world. In conclusion, i can say for deciding strong desission about being free or not about books and newspaper and printed or online acsess, we need to assess lot thing they attend to all sight of them.

Response: In some regions, there has been a sustained increase in popularity of understanding houses background among citizens. While there are various reasons for this situation, people can gather this information from different ways, such as local councils or libraries. It is true that history is an interesting subject which significantly attract individuals. In some specific cultures, people are more willing to identify the past of several aspects, and discovering the history of building they live in is a crucial matter to them, and there are two main reasons or groups of people in this case. The first group believe that the vibe and energy of the house can be transferred to their lives. Therefore, they strive to understand who lived there before to avoid any detrimental effects; for example, some couples refer their arguments to past events in their houses, like divorces. The other group has the opposite opinion, seeking the houses with special backgrounds, as they find it entertaining to discover leftovers and remnants in them, especially when they remodel the building. In this way, individuals who have a strong passion to notice the history of their houses can use several resources to achieve it. Firstly, all cities have a special council which officially records everything; thus, people can benefit from this. In addition, in some special cities, individuals can easily access to important files and documents from the oldest library in the town. Finally, the best and highly successful way is the contacting with local and elderly resident of that neighborhood. As a result, people meet their requirements by choosing the best and accessible resources. In conclusion, individuals have been more interested about the background of their homes, in some areas. While people have different reasons for this situation, like who believe in energy frequencies of the homes can directly influence the mood and well-being of its inhabitants, they can reach this kind of information by local councils or the neighbors.

The Importance of Taking Risks in Life

Response: It is said that risk-taking plays a significant role not only in people’s career paths but also in their personal lives. Making progress in life and enhancing certain skills are two of the main advantages of taking risks that clearly outweigh losing some benefits temporarily as the major drawback. Making risky decisions can lead to advancement. This derives from the fact that a risk taker is subjected to new situations, requiring new knowledge and skills. Achieving success in such situations drives people to learn required knowledge or skills. For example, an individual resigns from a dead-end job to find a well-paid job. This person needs to develop their knowledge or acquire new skills to become employable for a well-paid job. As a result, he/she earns more money in the new job, leading to a higher quality of life, which is the epitome of progress in professional life. Furthermore, doing risky actions can boost the quality of people’s personal life. This happens because risk takers improve specific skills through risky undertakings, which are thoroughly helpful in their personal lives. Extreme sports exemplify it. In such sports, such as mountain climbing, people are struggling with challenges. To overcome these difficulties, they try to create new solutions. Doing so has direct effects on their problem-solving skill which is vital for life. These people are more likely to tackle their difficulties in daily affairs, including their relationships, more easily. On the other hand, taking a chance may cause some benefits for a period. In risky actions, individuals may have to leave out their status quo to reach a goal. For example, in the case of changing a job, people may lose their livelihood for the short-term until they are hired in a new job. This issue may make them stressed out; however, it is temporary and finally the risk pays off. In conclusion, risky decisions can lead to a lack of benefits for a certain period, which can be detrimental. However, making progress and learning new skills are two of the most important pros that overshadow the mentioned cons.

Response: It is widely believed that in the future all vehicles such as cars, buses and trucks will become automated and driverless. Travellers in these vehicles will be only passengers. While driverless vehicles can bring some drawbacks, l believe that they can be more beneficial for several reasons that I will mention in this essay. To begin with, as the majority of collisions happen due to human error, driverless vehicles can provide people with safer journeys, leading to an improvement in quality of life. So, people will travel more, particularly attemting long journeys without becoming exhausted, and they can allocate their time to other things rather than driving, leading to enjoyment during their traveling. In addition, these vehicles will give an opportunity to travel independently for certain people who are physically disabled or are not allowed to obtain a licence, such as adolescets, helping their parents to spend their time on other tasks. For example, if their schools are far from home, they do not need to go to pick them up. On the other hand, there are several drawbacks to traveling with driverless vehicles. Firstly, it can lead to unemployment for drivers. Many individuals working as drivers of buses, trucks, and taxis, if they lose their jobs can adversely affect their families. For instance, for some drivers, it may take a long time to find a new job due to a lack of talent in other skills, making their families suffer from poor economic conditions. Furthermore, driverless vehicles can be dangerous as they are without drivere; they may be hacked easily and create problems for passengers. For example, if their systems become disrupted, passengers will lose their destinations. In conclusion, while traveling without a driver can bring some negative impacts on drivers and passengers, l firmly believe that its benefits outweigh its drawbacks due to its potential to bring safety and a sense of satisfaction.

Response: In some special regions, a common belief is told to children that they are capable of doing anything by trying hard. There are some benefits to this message which lead them to have a meaningful life; however, the disappointed child without a plan is one of the most crucial drawbacks. On the one hand, in some society, most parents, teachers, and principals strive to engrave a slogan or message in children’s minds, so they will always remember that anything is achievable for them if they push themselves enough. In fact, there are various advantages, with having motivation being the greatest merit. In this way, children have strong passions to continue to do rough tasks and they feel their work and duties are valuable. Moreover, they understand planning makes a significant contribution to this belief, and through this, they also learn other essential lessons, such as decision making, which are the keys to being successful in their life. On the other hand, this trend could cause serious problems, too. The most important one will happen in their adolescence, when they cannot accept any failure because, in their childhood, they were told they can achieve anything if they endeavor. This also has a detrimental effect on their mental health, like causing depression. Secondly, if children do not achieve their goals by trying hard, the feeling of inadequacy and unworthiness will arise in them; thus, as adults, they never experience satisfaction in their life, or even in their workplace, and their well-being will undergo major influences. Finally, these children might target something completely imaginary or unreal. For example, being a superhero with magical powers. In conclusion, while in some communities children are encouraged to try harder in order to achieve their aims, this trend has both special privileges, like learning to plan, and being highly ambitious to continue their tasks, and destructive drawbacks on their mental health and well-being, such as feelings of depression and unworthiness. In my view, these disadvantages outweigh the advantages; therefore, children should not encounter this situation by their parents.

Response: It is becoming increasingly common for people worldwide to look for the historical background of the building where they reside. In my point of view, this phenomenon can be largely explained by stereotypical beliefs and curiosity about previous residents which the most promising solutions involve questioning prior inhabitants and neighbours about of the house. With regards to some historical stereotypes such as ghosts, the first reason why individuals are bound to discover the history of living residences could be relatively obvious. To clarify, in some geographical areas, the USA for instance, people believe that believing supernatural creatures have been becoming a prevalent belief particularly in old established buildings surrounded by farmland. “The Conjuring” was a well-known American movie, in which a practiced couple conjured evil ghosts of particular houses and also arrested them saving new owners, has obviously illustrated the high importance of research about preceding events of some residential areas in America. Dealing with this challenge, persons folks should seek for a number of verified data about the selected house through either residents living previously, priests or supernatural researchers, in some occasions of the film. In addition to common myths in relation to unknown existences leading to research about the history of the place for another might be a great extent of curiosity about former inhabitants because of either pleasure or caution. In other words, if newcomers resided in succession with some well-liked persons, artists( authors, actors, singers, painters, and etc.) they would provide with a sense of pride, enjoyment as well as more awareness. On the other hand, they would find it impossible to live in that area where a criminal inhabited in advance, since potential detrimental behaviour from others. To combat this crucial issue, people have versatile methods to consider about the history of a house such as browsing through neighbours, on the internet, and accurate interviews with real-estate consultants, as well. In conclusion, this essay argued some reasons that cause to be browsed about the historical information of residencies. Additionally, some measures have been highlighted to tackle these problems.

Response: Some children spend hours every day on their smartphones. Why is this the case? Do you think this is a positive or a negative development? It is true that, nowadays children spend a significant amount of their daily time on digital gadgets like smartphones. I believe this trend have a negative impact on their children and In this essay, I will explore the cause of that. To begin with causes, one of the major reasons is that smartphones often offer a wider range of options to them as entertainment such as: online video games, cartoons, animations and storybooks. These program because of their innovative designs are interesting and appealing for them. For instance, a child can easy has an easy access to various games just via click on the bottom or simply search it. which in reality may not have many options for playing game. Additionally, parent these days due to their demanding and tight schedules do not have sufficient time to spending time with thier children. Consequently, they preffer to keep bust them through smartphones. In my view this approch has numrous harmful effects on children both physically and mentally. This is because when they looking at screen frequently and for long time, thier eyes can become week or even headack. What's more it can impact on their social skills in the long term. to illustrate, when a kid allocate a majority of their time, they lose their interest to engaging in group games or spending time with their friends in reality. this is because online games provide them more intresting activity. finally spending time too much on online applications in digital devices limit their activity by just sitting down and clicking and scorlling on screen, which can leads to obesity due to lack of movements and physical activities. In conclusion, various reasons can contribute to engaging children many time on their smartphones such as captivating apps and being convenience. In my view, while it have potential effects, their detrimental impacta are more significant.
