Response: It is argued that whether some professionals such as doctors or engineers should work and stay in the country which they were educated, or they should be free to choose the country they want to work and live in. This essay will discuss both views prior to declaring the writer's opinion. It is worth considering that if professionals like physicians and engineers work in their own country, they can have a huge amount of benefits for it. In fact, with working in their country, they compensate for the money which their government has paid to educate them. In addition, because they are in the highest levels of their countries education, they can develop sciences by teaching younger students in colleges and universities. For example, my friend who holds a Ph.D in civil engineering, teaches at Tehran university to educate the next generations of elite students in Iran. Thus, if doctors and engineers stay in their own countries, they can help in many ways. On the other hand, it is acceptable for doctors and engineers if they want to immigrate to another country to pursue their career in a new environment. One of the main reasons is that they can work in the country which they are guest and gain experience, and then share their achievements with their home country. Moreover, some professional stems of medical or engineering sciences need special equipment which may not be available in the host country. So, doctors and engineers can work with those equipment in the place when they immigrated to and gain expertise and then help their own country to build those equipment. For instance, many engineers from Iran, Immigrate to its neighbor countries in order to learn about their new discoveries in different sciences and to share these developments with the engineers of Iran. Therefore, the immigration of physicians and engineers has some indirect benefits for the host country. In conclusion, although in the first place, the immigration of professionals may seem to have some drawbacks, but in my opinion, its benefits like gaining expertise in their profession or how to work with different equipment in their career, may outweigh its drawbacks by far.

Response: It is said that some people are of the opinion that people like doctors and engineers who are professionals should work in the same country they trained in, while other people think they can choose freely about where they want to work. This essay will discuss both sides and what I believe is that professionals should be able to work where ever they want. Firstly, there is an idea in which experts should stay the country that they did training because they are aware about difficulities that people face every day and in another words, they know how to tackle the problems far more better than a new person who has no experiment in that country. For example, my father holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil engeering from an university in our country and then started to work as a trainee in same place and got a job after that. As far as I am concerned, now he is an exeptional professional who done many things for this country. On the other hand, as can be seen, there are people who believe doctors, engineers, and other experts are free to choose if they want to work in the same country that they learnt every thing or some other place. Professionals are useful where ever they go and imporvement happens in their presents. For example, a Iranian vet who was interested in Indian animals moved to India after finishing his training to help them prevent animal extinction and had important impact in this occasion. In summary, although there is a belief that professionals should learn and work in same place, I think they can freely go to different country if they want to.

Response: While many people hold the view that engineers and doctors should serve in the country where they acquired their knowledge, Others are of the opinion that there is no constraint for them, and they can choose where to work arbitrarily. From my point of view, professionals have the right to choose the place where they feel better. On the one hand, numerous people state that training is based on each country’s conditions for doctors and engineers. For instance, UAE is a coastal country, which means it has a soft solid, so a civil engineer who trained in a mountainous country is not really skillful in constructing buildings there. Also, some diseases are specific to a region like malaria, and maybe a doctor who lives in Nordic countries does not know anything about that. Therefore, it is better for professionals to work where they are trained. From another angle, many people are proponents of the opinion that there is no limitation for professionals in terms of choosing where they would rather work. Most people firmly believe that doctors and engineers can adapt themselves to tough situations, for they have sufficient knowledge and literacy to overcome vast problems. As far as I am concerned, even may have some issues in their original country where they trained, which convinces them to immigrate somewhere so that they have the opportunity to extend their proficiency and experience. For example, the non-advanced automotive industry in Iran provides a situation in which approximately most experienced people in this field prefer to go abroad in order to employ their ideas in other countries. By away conclusion, whether professionals like doctors and engineers should work in the country where they trained or not is a popular topic these days. In my opinion, this issue totally depends on the professionals’ decision and they are free to choose their career path.

Response: As the advancements in field of education, people have opportunity to learn particular jobs in foreign countries. This trend leads to argue that specialists in some fields should pursue their career where they did their learning progress or their decision should be made loosely where to work. I personally agree that freedom is key feature to make progressive career. On the one hand, people are responsible for the growing their country in term of their contribution. This is because, the purpose of ensuring such environment which citizens have an access to obtain particular profession is that developing each sphere in country such as medicine, transport system and others. Furthermore, they claim that given freedom for them might lead to serious issues for the country in way it can badly effects to standard of life and economy of county. They argue, for example, that many people leave the county without making any contribution then there is no possibility to increase life of citizens. On other hand, freedom also play a crucial role in creating successful career. First and foremost, research has shown that when people have free choice can benefit more those who in control by someone. For example, it is human nature that when is enforcement, people eager to wait deadline compared to accomplishing task by heart. Likewise, people when showing unqualified jobs under pressure, they do better once they are free from any influences. Consequently, in term of quality, it is clear that people can act better when freedom given for them. In conclusion, even though, individuals are main aspect of developing county, but it is still remained that well qualified specialists are far more important than unqualified one that means that I strongly believe that by free professionals outcome better than whose limited.
